BSNL EVDO Now Availalbe in Krishnagar, WB and Tuticorin, TN

Good news for people in Krishnagar of Nadia District in West Bengal and Tuticorn, Tamil Nadu. BSNL EVDO is now available in your place.

According to our forum members, BSNL has started EVDO service in these two places. We have got no details or reviews about Krishnagar. As far as details in Tuticorn is concerned, Sipcot & Muthayapuram Areas & surronding 4-5 Kms from the area have coverage.

Thanks to our forum members for updating us in this thread. If BSNL starts EVDO service (be it CDMA 1x or EVDO), please kindly inform us in that thread which helps others like it does in this post.

    I AM FROM KRISHNAGAR, NADIA, WEST BENGAL. I AM USING BSNL EVDO FROM 8-9 MONTHS. MY FIRST MONTH BILL WAS RS. 276/-. AND NOW MY MONTHLY RENTAL IS SAME AS BEFORE. I AM HAPPY TO USE IT @ LOW PRICE AND WITH UNLIMITED DOWNLOAD !!!

    If you are EVDO AP customer and go in roaming to WB- Kolkata, you connection doesn't work. So be carefull while using as ROAMING

    I always get average speed 50-90kbps download speed. some time I get 120-130kbps . I live at krishnagar and 4 km distance from tower. But in my flat at Dumdum (3rd floor) I always get 150-250 kbps download speed.(also get full tower). I use Internet download manager 6 beta. I bought it @ Rs 3465 (free 1 month use). My plan is unlimited @ rs 276/m . But now the rate is Rs 750+ tax(unlimited). You can find other plan. Please go to bsnl westbengal website for details.

    It's has no network coverage in Behala, Parnasree (Kolkata)

    EVDO service is very good in Berhampore(murshidabad).I lived near Berhampore court station and evdo speed is very good there.
